This week we had the pleasure of hearing a vocational presentation from one of our new members Lt. Col. David Chavira of the New Mexico Air National Guard.  David shared his journey from a small town in Texas to Kirkland AFB in Albuquerque.  He has a passion for helping youth realize their potential both in his job with the Air National Guard and through his volunteer work with incarcerated youth.

Consider volunteering as our new fundraising chair (or committee member).  We need to raise money to pay for things our club wants to do... like sponsoring an exchange student, contributing to Rotary grants, etc.
