On October 7, 2021 at the Morning Meeting for All Del Sol Rotarians, JohnClark, an an Egosque Therapist  was the speaker.  He told about how he had broken his back and through Postural Therapy he had returned to walking  and good health.  

 

He had members of the club stand and go through some of the various exercises he teaches to improve peoples posture and help them recover function and reduce chronic pain.

 

He also discussed muscular compensation and described how"bad posture happens"

 

Happy Rotarians working at Balloon Fiesta

 

Also this week Del Sol Rotarians worked two shifts at the Merchandise tent at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

 

This weeks speaker at the Thursday Meeting for all Del Sol Rotarians will be Jim Walther, Executive Director, National Museum of Nuclear Science and History.  Club Secretary Davis Riordan has sent out a link to attend via ZOOM or you may attend live at 7:00AM Thursday at Jimmy's Cafe.
