Welcome to the first Governors Charity Ball Bulletin for 2022-23! We will be using these bulletins to regularly inform both of our Clubs on key items related to the upcoming Ball on May 6th at Sandia Resort and Casino.
The key items we are working on over the next few weeks include:
1. Finalizing the logo (the theme is "Derby Day" as it coincides with the Kentucky Derby) for the website and for our forms (e.g., sponsorship, auction).
2. Finalizing the auction software (Greater Giving, as we've used in the past).
3. Filling out our various Committees including with representatives from our two charities.
4. Sending out Save the Date info (also will be done in early January with the logo).
5. Updating the Governors Charity Ball website.
We have a lot to do over the coming months, and these bulletins will be a primary source of up-to-date information so that both our Clubs are informed and working collaboratively.
