President Dave Simon told the Club that the Tree Planting Project will be on May 2. This will be a great service opportunity for all Del Sol Rotarians.
Dave then opened the floor for a discussion on whether to have meetings during the Covid 19 outbreak. A frank discussion was held and the consensus was that at this time we would continue to have meetings but with the understanding that any member who did not feel well would not attend. Attendance requirements will be relaxed and no member who feels he or she should not attend at this time will be looked down upon for making that decision.
Tony Pino said that in light of the Covid 19 outbreak Governors Charity Ball would probably have to be postponed. Later that day we learned that the Governors Ball has been postponed until August 8, 2020 at the Sandia Resort and Casino.
