06 Nov 2026 Club Overnight trip to Las Vegas, NM Nov 06, 2026 3:00 PM - Nov 07, 2026 8:00 PM Rotary Trip Friday November 6, 2026 to Las Vegas NM by train. Please RSVP by June 20^th. The plan is to have our club members fill the train and rooms. If we can not, there are other Rotarians that would like to go and we will open it up to others after June 20. Hotel Info: Castaneda Hotel (505) 434-8800 https://castanedahotel.org/ Book your reservations by June 30, its under Rotary Event . $140 night There is a restaurant in the hotel for Breakfast and dinner. We are trying to set up a special dinner and a fun evening event. Amtrak schedule: You will need to pay Melanie or Kent Cravens $40 for each seat, they have paid for the rail car. We will all be in one car. Pay by check or cash to either Kent or Melanie. Our group will be departing on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:32 AM onboard Train 4 from Albuquerque, NM enroute to Las Vegas ,NM . Your group will be returning on Saturday, November 7, 20 departing at 11:37 AM onboard Train 3 from Las Vegas ,NM enroute to Albuquerque, NM arriving about 3:00 PM. I wanted to let you know that if you call the hotel, Castaneda Hotel (505) 434-8800, Your cost is $161 for the room and that includes the taxes and fees associated with it. I put $140 in error in the first email. You must call them and let them know you are with the Rotary group to reserve a room. You will not be able to book it online. The train Station in Las Vegas stops just next to the hotel so you can walk a short distance to the Hotel. We will board the train at the The Alvarado Transportation Center (ATC) located at 100 1st Street SW in Downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico. Train departs Friday, November 6, 2026 at 11:32 AM onboard Train 4. Parking is available for a fee at the parking structure located directly across from the Downtown Albuquerque station on 1st Street just south of Gold Avenue. Access the parking structure from 2nd Street south of Gold Avenue.
